Privacy Policy

AlgoPulse ("we", "us") is a software platform, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, that lets you run automated crypto trading strategies on your own exchange account. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use algopulse.in and the AlgoPulse app, why, and the choices you have.

We collect your name, email address and phone number.

To run the service: create and manage your account and run the strategies you deploy on your exchange account.

To keep your account secure: verify your email with one-time codes and detect misuse.

To keep you informed: trade alerts and important account messages.

To improve AlgoPulse: understand which pages and features are used.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your login session in your browser so you stay signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics does not stop AlgoPulse from working.

Our servers and database run on Oracle Cloud.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run AlgoPulse: Oracle (hosting), Google (sign-in and analytics) and Meta (measuring our Facebook and Instagram ads). We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Exchange API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We ask only for trade permissions: AlgoPulse can place and close trades but cannot withdraw or transfer funds from your exchange account, and your money always stays on the exchange.

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you remove an exchange connection, its encrypted API key is deleted. To delete your whole account, contact us (see below) and we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Most profile details can be changed yourself in Settings. For anything else, reach us on Telegram at @Algopulsesupportbot, by email at team@algopulse.in, or through our contact page.

AlgoPulse is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy when our product or the law changes. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
