Shark Exchange algo trading, automated

Connect Shark Exchange and run free algo strategies on USDT perpetuals.

What Shark Exchange is, and where AlgoPulse fits

Shark Exchange is a low-cost Indian derivatives venue trading USDT-margined perpetual futures. Its fee schedule is among the cheapest available to Indian traders, which matters more than it sounds: on a high-frequency strategy, fees are usually the difference between a profitable backtest and a losing live account.

How to connect Shark Exchange to AlgoPulse

  1. 1

Create a Shark Exchange API key with trading enabled and withdrawal off.

  2. 2

Whitelist the AlgoPulse server IP shown on the Brokers page — this is the single most common reason a connection fails.

  3. 3

Connect the key in AlgoPulse and confirm the balance loads.

  4. 4

Deploy a backtested strategy and start smaller than feels interesting.

The API key is trade-only. AlgoPulse can open and close positions on Shark Exchange; it can never withdraw, and your funds never leave the exchange.

Shark Exchange questions, answered

Why do Shark Exchange connections usually fail?

The IP whitelist. A key that works from your own machine will be rejected when our servers use it, because the request arrives from a different address. Add the server IP shown on your Brokers page to the key.

Do lower fees actually change my results?

On an active strategy, materially. Round-trip fees are charged on notional, so a strategy taking hundreds of trades a year pays them hundreds of times while the edge per trade stays the same. That is why our backtests model taker fees rather than the friendlier maker rate.

Is my money held by AlgoPulse?

No. Funds stay in your Shark Exchange account at all times. AlgoPulse holds a trade-only API key, which can open and close positions and nothing else.
